By downloading, accessing, or using the Let's dine Mobile App (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the App. 

2. App Usage: 

The App is designed to facilitate food bookings and orders from Let’s dine. Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the App. 

3. Booking and Orders: 

a. The App allows users to place food orders and make reservations. 

b. Availability of menu items and booking slots may vary and are subject to change without notice. 

c. All orders and bookings are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Let's dine. 

4. User Accounts: 

a. Users may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. 

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. 

c. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. 

5. Payment: 

a. Payment for orders and bookings can be made through the App using the provided payment methods. 

b. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway. 

c. Prices for menu items and services are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. 

6. Cancellation and Refunds: 

a. Cancellations or modifications of orders and bookings may be subject to the Let's dine cancellation policy. 

b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the restaurant's refund policy. 

7. Intellectual Property: 

a. The App and its contents are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Let's dine. 

b. Users may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent. 

8. User Conduct: 

a. Users agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior while using the App. 

b. Users must not upload, transmit, or distribute any content that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights. 

9. Privacy: 

a. User data and information will be collected and processed in accordance with the Let’s Dine Privacy Policy. 

b. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. 

10. Modifications and Termination: 

a. Let’s Dine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part of its services at any time. 

b. Let’s Dine may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. 

11. Limitation of Liability: 

a. Let’s Dine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from App usage. 

b. Users agree to use the App at their own risk. 

12. Governing Law: 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai only. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai only. 

By using the Let’s Dine Mobile App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
